Since 1982, our founder grew up the son in a family business successfully owning and operating over 250+ doors from Sacramento to Los Angeles. In 2009 he started a maintenance company, offering years of experience to management firms and private owners.
In those years he saw the disconnect — between owners, management companies, and tenants — that quietly caused everyone's loss. Rooted in the understanding that community is the birthplace of great possibilities, his 4-point system was created to reverse it.
In 2020 PropertieS/M was established. With 43+ years of combined experience, he built a team committed to the system — a managing firm unlike any other. Welcome to the PropertieS/M family.
