Plumbing

Licensed plumbing repair, repipes, fixture installs, leak detection, and water-heater service across California.

Overview

What this service covers

Plumbing problems rarely stay small. A slow drip behind drywall can ruin a subfloor in months; a hidden slab leak can spike a water bill by hundreds of dollars before anyone notices. Our licensed plumbers handle everything from a single fixture swap to a full repipe — for single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, and commercial properties.

Because we are a full general contractor (CSLB #1116439), any drywall, tile, or finish work that comes with the plumbing repair is handled by the same team. No second contractor, no finger-pointing.

FAQs

Common questions about plumbing.

Are you licensed plumbers?

Yes. All plumbing work is performed under our CSLB general contractor license #1116439, with appropriately trained and supervised plumbing tradespeople.

Do I need a permit for a water heater replacement in California?

Yes. California Plumbing Code and most local jurisdictions require a permit for water heater replacement, including seismic strapping, T&P relief valve, and proper venting. We pull the permit and handle the inspection.

How can I tell if I have a slab leak?

Common signs include unexplained spikes in your water bill, warm spots on a tile or concrete floor, the sound of running water with all fixtures off, and damp baseboards. We use non-invasive acoustic and thermal tools to confirm before opening any concrete.

Tank or tankless water heater — which should I install?

Tankless units last longer (15–20 years vs 8–12) and only heat water on demand, but cost more upfront and may need a larger gas line or upgraded electrical. For a single bathroom we usually recommend tank; for 3+ bathrooms or back-to-back showers, tankless typically wins.

Do you handle the drywall and paint after a plumbing repair?

Yes. As a general contractor, we patch, texture-match, and repaint after wall or ceiling cuts, so you're not chasing a second contractor to finish the job.

How fast can you respond to an active leak?

We aim to get a plumber on site within a few hours for active leaks during business hours and offer after-hours response for managed properties.
