Common questions about rent collection.

Do tenants have to pay online?

We strongly encourage online payments, but we still accept check and cashier's check where state law requires (notably during eviction proceedings).

When do owners get paid?

Standard schedule: owner ACH deposits between the 10th and 15th of each month, after rent has cleared and bills for the property have been paid.

What is the late-fee process?

We follow whatever the lease specifies. Default: rent due 1st, grace through 3rd, late notice and fee on the 4th, 3-day pay-or-quit if unpaid by day 10.

Can owners log in and see real-time activity?

Yes — owners have a portal with real-time ledgers, statements, and document storage.
